The subject raised in ‘Breathe Me In’ has a particular resonance for me and is an exception to what I usually write and record. Faced with the increase in violence in our societies and the horror caused by the terrorist attacks that we have suffered for several years in France and worldwide, the need to express repressed emotions had become more and more pressing. 
This is the first time I’ve released a piece with so much uncertainty and doubt. ‘Breathe Me In’ exudes fragility but also expresses hope and love.
